Easter, as it’s been handed down to us, is a fragmented story.

It centers the resurrection, but leaves out the field that made resurrection possible. It speaks of Christ rising, but barely acknowledges the feminine presence that held the continuity of that light ~ Magdalene, Sophia, and even further back, the same current we see in Inanna’s descent into the underworld and her return.

And that omission matters. Because when you remove the feminine, you don’t just simplify the story, you distort it.

This time of year was always sacred long before it was formalized into a single narrative. It aligns with the return of light, with life re-emerging from the underworld of winter. And that’s exactly what Inanna’s journey reflects ~ she descends, is stripped of everything, faces death, and returns transformed. Not as who she was, but as something more whole. That’s resurrection.

The symbols we associate with Easter were never something random. The egg is the cosmic womb ~ the Sophia field, pure potential, creation before form. The rabbit carries the codes of fertility, cycles, and life force moving through time. These are feminine symbols, tied to regeneration and continuity.

But over time, the depth was flattened. The symbols were commercialized. The story was narrowed. And what was once a powerful reflection of life, death, and rebirth became something we consume rather than something we embody.

That’s where the idea of inversion comes in.

Not in the sense that everything is some dark ritual ~ but in the way truth gets redirected. When you take a living, embodied process and turn it into something external, something historical, something to believe in instead of be, you lose its power.

And when the feminine is removed from that equation, resurrection becomes incomplete. Because resurrection is not just about rising. It’s about what returns with you.

Inanna didn’t come back unchanged. Magdalene didn’t disappear just because the narrative minimized her. Sophia was never gone ~ only hidden from view.

The real Easter is the return of that union. Christos as the embodied light.
Sophia as the living intelligence and field. Together ~ not separated.

So instead of getting caught in what’s been distorted, the real truth is reclamation.

To feel the descent and the return in your own life. To recognize what’s been stripped away and what is ready to rise again. To feel into any imbalance and invite integration and connection with creation and what it means to go deeper into union with the inner Masculine and Feminine that conceive the seeds of our dreams.

Resurrection isn’t something that happened once. It’s a pattern. It’s a cycle. It’s a choice to align with the deeper meaning that lives in ones Soul and that is encoded in Nature. These cycles connect us with the regenerative power of nature, the laws of Alchemy ~ balance, renewal, blossoming and thriving & releasing all programming and blockages in the process!

Spring, especially the Easter window, isn’t just symbolic. It’s a real energetic shift, and you can feel it if you pay attention. Life is moving upward again. The Earth is warming, light is returning, and something that looked dormant begins to stir.
